Against her better judgement and the desire to help her wild-child twin sister hold on to her job, quiet and unassuming elementary teacher Carrie Rodgers agrees to stand-in for her identical twin as her boss’s date to a gala. The question is can Carrie pull it off without being discovered as a fraud?

Atlanta based Rick Marshall, an up-and-coming real estate developer, is looking to buy a prime piece of land. All he needs is to convince one investor to believe in his project. That he plans to do while attending a fund-raising event. Confident having the right woman on his arm could tip the scales in his favor, Rick asks the most beautiful and outgoing woman in his office to join him.

Unfortunately for Carrie, Rick doesn’t tolerate liars, but he’s happy to have her beside him when she helps him close the career defining deal. What Rick is unprepared for is being rivetted by Carrie. She fully expects to slide back into obscurity behind her sister but doesn’t count on the sizzling attraction between she and Rick… or their night of passion.
